1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (sumaresort.com) or making a booking with SUMA Light House Beach Resort ("the Resort"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation reference ID by the Resort. The Resort reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Group bookings of more than 6 guests require prior approval.
3. Advance Payment
To secure a room reservation, guests are required to pay an advance amount as specified at the time of booking. This advance is processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the resort. The advance amount is non-refundable in cases of no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of check-in unless specified otherwise in our Cancellation Policy.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon) and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peace of the resort and fellow guests. Any damage caused to resort property will be charged to the guest. The Resort reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises for disruptive or unlawful behaviour without refund. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. The Resort is a non-smoking property except in designated areas.
6. Liability
SUMA Light House Beach Resort shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests engage in any water activities or outdoor experiences at their own risk. The Resort's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in any dispute.
7. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.
8. Force Majeure
The Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government orders, pandemic restrictions, floods, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Resort will offer rescheduling or credit notes at its discretion.
9. Privacy
Guest personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purpose of managing your reservation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
11. Amendments
The Resort reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
